Artisans Association of Ghana (AAG) is a social enterprise that enables sustainable livelihoods for men, women and youth in the informal sector through skill training, upgrading and job matching in the construction industry.
The construction industry has increasingly become important and core to the nation’s economy.
The Association currently operates in Greater Accra, Volta region, Western Region, and Ashanti Region with a goal to expand nationwide.
Monitoring & Evaluation is done cocurrently to enable AAG to present the true report on the situation on ground.

AAG is a network of artisans that trains, upgrades and aids in certification of unskilled youth and master craftsmen to enable them provide services that meet global standards.
For an artisan to be matched to job, he/she must be registered as a member with a membership ID card.
Matching artisans to job is done through a request from a client or homeowner. Artisans can apply through this website's
job matching platform, the use of USSD Shortcode or one can walk into the office to be matched to available job.
Artisans Association of Ghana have three different kinds of artisans. This includes; a)Standard artisans with not less than 1 year experience, b) Premium artisans with not less than 5years experience and c) Professional artisans with not less 8years experience and also with not less than HND certificate and other certificates such NVTI, COTVET, etc.
